Whether or not you face prosecution, you can be referred for a safeguarding investigation by the Local Authority Designated Officer or to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

We can assist through this process and can assist in making representations to the DBS to avoid disclosures or being added to Barring Lists, and in addition to Substantiated Outcomes.
