Charities

Outside of the work we do in representing people, our partners and staff are also passionate about supporting various charities.

As a firm, we are committed to supporting a number of charities, donating time and funds to support those in need. We have undertaken numerous sponsored events, raising thousands for charities including Macmillan Cancer Support and Royal British Legion.

The firm, from 2024, has been engaged in a project supporting Ukrainian law students in International Justice. This is particularly centred around their work with the ICC / IBA international mooting competition.

Each year, the Lord Mayor of York selects local charities whose efforts make a real difference to local people. To find out more about the Lord Mayor’s chosen charities, please follow this link.

In addition, we support the York City and District Referees’ Association, a not-for-profit organisation that champions grassroots refereeing and provides valuable opportunities for young people to get involved in sport.
