We are seeking a Police Station Accredited Representative / Paralegal to join our team, attending police stations to advise and represent clients across a range of matters.
The role will also involve assisting with general case preparation, including matters progressing towards trial.
The position includes some "out of office hours" work which will be required on a rota basis.
Accreditation: Applicants must hold a full PSRAS accreditation (which includes passing the written exam, completing a supervised portfolio of attendances, and passing a Critical Incidents Test).

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Criminal Solicitor to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and advocacy skills and a thorough understanding of legal principles.
As a Solicitor, you will represent clients in various legal matters, providing expert advice and ensuring their rights are protected. This role requires excellent communication abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
You must be police station accredited and be able to work within our structure which includes providing a 24 hour service and therefore out of hours work is essential. You must also have a driving licence.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters regarding criminal law.
Represent clients in court proceedings and at the Police Station.
Draft and review legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of changes in the law.
