Appeals & CCRC

This practice has been engaged in issues concerning miscarriages of justice throughout its history and regularly deals with advising on matters before their respective appellant courts, but also with the Criminal Cases Review Commission; most recently actively involved in issues concerning the Post Office and historical convictions.

In 2018, we were asked by Justice to work together with themselves, King & Spalding, and the Court of Appeal to bring up to date their booklet, How to Appeal. This is distributed, free of charge, to all serving prisoners in England & Wales, and you can download the booklet here.
